Welcome to AskAlly. By accessing or using our AI-powered meeting scheduling assistant service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AskAlly. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

AskAlly is an AI-powered meeting scheduling assistant that helps you manage your calendar through natural language conversations via WhatsApp and Telegram. Our service includes:

• Integration with Google Calendar for event management
• Natural language processing to understand scheduling requests
• Availability checking and meeting coordination
• Contact management and meeting notifications
• Messaging through WhatsApp and Telegram platforms

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our service. By using AskAlly, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use AskAlly, you must create an account by providing:

• Valid email address
• Name and phone number
• Secure password
• Connection to your Google Calendar account

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

5. Google Calendar Integration

By connecting your Google Calendar account, you authorize AskAlly to:

• Access your calendar events to check availability and display your schedule
• Create, modify, and delete calendar events on your behalf
• Send meeting invitations to attendees via email
• Access your basic profile information (name and email) for authentication

You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Revoking access will prevent AskAlly from managing your calendar.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use AskAlly to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service for any fraudulent or malicious purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Collect or harvest personal information from other users
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the service without permission

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of AskAlly, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

8. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of any content you provide to AskAlly, including messages, contact information, and calendar data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your messages and calendar data to provide scheduling services
• Store your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models and service

You represent that you have the right to share any content you provide and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

• WhatsApp (Meta)
• Telegram
• OpenAI

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that AskAlly will be:

• Available at all times without interruption
• Free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities
• Compatible with all devices or platforms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time
• Perform maintenance and updates with or without notice
• Change features, pricing, or terms of service

11. Fees and Payment

AskAlly may offer both free and paid subscription plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

12.1 Service Disclaimer

AskAlly IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

12.2 AI Assistant Disclaimer

Our AI-powered assistant uses natural language processing and may occasionally:

• Misinterpret your requests
• Create incorrect calendar entries
• Provide inaccurate information

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all calendar events and meeting details before relying on them. We are not liable for missed meetings, scheduling conflicts, or other issues arising from AI errors.

12.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AskAlly AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages caused by third-party services (Google, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AskAlly and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Content you provide to the service

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
